Our Policies

During your visit to our treatment room we politely ask that clients follow our salon policies so that we can give the best treatments possible to our clients.

We do ask with some of our treatments to pay a small deposit to secure your appointment time. We do get busy and in
order to avoid causing delay or disappointment to clients, a deposit of  a single treatment, or course of treatments, will be required when an appointment is made.
Whilst I would request that bookings are honoured wherever possible, I understand that from time to time clients may find it necessary to reschedule their appointment.  In the event that this is unavoidable, the deposit will not be lost provided that the treatment takes place within 4 weeks of the original booking. Please give 24hrs before cancelling an appointment, as deposits maybe lost.

If clients are later than 15 mins to their appointment we do ask that the appointment is to be resceduled and the deposit will be lost. Especially at busy times we do have clients waiting for appointments. 

Patch tests for certain treatments are required 48hrs before a client's very first treatment to ensure clients are safe to go ahead with the treatment itself.

With Brazilian Booty Lift treatments we ask for clients not to come to their treatment with any moisturiser or tan on the skin. Depending on the treatment there maybe a possibility we would not be able to go ahead with the treatment as this can affect the machine.
